How do I send a Bank Transfer?
Once your order has been placed, contact your bank in person or by telephone and enquire how to send a wire transfer from your account. Your bank may offer the option to initiate a bank transfer/wire online or you may need to complete a form at the bank.
Who do I send the money to?
During the checkout process instructions are provided as to who the transfer shoud be sent to. The recipient of a bank transfer/wire is called the Beneficiary. We also send these instructions in your order confirmation email. Please ensure that you use these details correctly when completing the bank transfer/wire with your bank. If any information is missing or not included in your instructions the wire can be rejected. We will not be liable for fees or delays due to sender error.

What happens after I send the Bank transfer?
Bank Transfers can take between 1-3 business days to be received by us. Once we receive your payment, your order will be processed for delivery.
How much will the Transfer Cost?
Processes vary from bank to bank as do their transfer fees. You can expect to pay a fee for the transfer service.
For orders over USD$110, a Discount* will be applied at Checkout, to offset the fee charged by your bank.
