I only received part of my order?

Due to inventory, some products will ship from different depots, even though you've placed them in the same order.

Multiple packages will deliver on different days and often by a different shipping agent.

Prior to contacting us, please log in to your account dashboard, view my orders, view order shipments to locate all tracking.

Multiple tracking numbers indicate more than one package shipped.

Why hasn't my order been shipped yet?

Our depot operates Monday to Friday (Pacific time) . As soon as your order is shipped you will receive an email with tracking details.

If your order has not shipped within 72 business hours of being received, we ask you to log in to your account and, check your delivery address, and your payment details are correct. If we have internal processing delays, we may choose to expediate shipping to get the package to you on time.

Track Your Package

After an order has been shipped,you can find tracking information in your account dashboard, my order details. If an order has shipped as more than one package, each may have separate delivery dates and tracking information.
