What can be returned?


We do offer returns and exchanges as long as

  • product packaging is intact
  • product has not been used
  • expiry date is valid 
  • package was received within 8 weeks of delivery date.


How to set up a Return, Refund or Exchange.


To set up a refund or exchange of product, please provide the following details -

  • original order number
  • product you wish to return
  • quantity you wish to return for refund or exchange
  • product you wish to receive in exchange


How to return items?


Items must be packaged back up and returned to us the same way they were sent to you (with the original tags attached or original packaging where possible). Items returned back in unsuitable packaging and are received as damaged in transit will not be accepted for return.

When do items need to be returned by?


All returns and exchanges requests must be notified within 8 weeks of delivery.


Refund processing time.

  • Most refunds will be issued by the original payment method as the order was paid.
  • On reciept of your goods we will process your return and authorise the refund, exchange or store credit. Please allow up to 5 business days for refunds to be processed.
