If you have placed an order and you want to check its status, you can view this from your account dashboard.

Step 1 - Log on to your account

Step 2 - Go to My orders.

Step 3 - Click on the View order 

Step 4 - Scroll down page click Track your order and follow link

If you are unable to locate  tracking information for your order, it could be due to one of the following reasons:
  • A delay in the updates to the tracking database.
  • Label Not Created - 3rd party carrier awaiting package to deliver in country of final destination.

Contacting Carriers

For orders shipped, in most cases, up to date tracking information is available within your account Dashboard, My Orders.

In the event that you wish to contact the carrier delivering your package for additional information, please provide them with our tracking number.
