How to report a damaged package.

If your item is received as damaged we request a photo be emailed to customer service showing  all damage to both items and packaging.

Reshipment or Refund

In most cases you will receive a full replacement of the damaged items or a refund. 

How long do I have to report damaged Items?

All damaged package must be reported within 3days of a delivery.

Undelivered Packages

Our shipping agents make every attempt to deliver packages on time. Please note your tracking number to ensure you are aware of a pending delivery. Some shipping carriers offer Free notifications by email or SMS. To sign up for these services refer to shipping agents website for details.

I haven't received my delivery?

If you have a tracking number you can check the status of your delivery using the tracking link.

Please contact Customer Service if your item is still missing, then it may be considered lost or misplaced. 

My package has been Returned to Sender?

Packages may be returned due to an incorrect delivery address.  

Please contact Customer Service to arrange a reshipment order. 

An administration fee  of $15.00 may be charged for the reshipment. A refund may be applicable under certain conditions..

What happens if I don't collect my parcel from the shipping agents depot or post office? 

Packages not collected within 7days are automatically returned to sender.

What does it mean when I receive a Notice to Collect? 


The Notice to Collect will advise the pick up location.  Many shippers will permit you to redirect or reschedule a delivery directly from their website.
