Your order may have been returned to for one of the following reasons:


  • The delivery address provided was incorrect. Log in to your Abler account to confirm the correct delivery address is listed. 
  • The package was not collected from the shipping agent or post office within 7 days of it being delivered. 

Contact Customer Support to arrange a reshipment (a USD$15 administration fee may be charged depending on the circumstances of the reshipment).
